Hello, I'm Del.

I run a business in the Scottish wedding and events sector, just like you. In fact I started Hireaband.co.uk back in 1999, so my business may be older than you are!

I recognise only too well the challenges we all face, particularly after COVID changed the way our customers behave for ever.

I don't know about you, but for me it seemed everything I’d learned over 26 years of growing a successful business was either no longer or very much less effective than it used to be.

Early in 2024 I decided to suspend my natural cynicism and see if I could discover something new and useful to help get me and my business firing on all cylinders again.

I stumbled across an organisation run by a serial entrepreneur, a guy who'd actually run his own very successful businesses (there are plenty of chancers out there who offer advice and training without ever having run a real business).

That guy is Nigel Botterill and his organisation is The Entrepreneur's Circle, or EC for short.

What I learned, particularly the Entrepreneur's Marketing & Sales System, which I now specialise in, had such an effect on me and my business that I knew I had to help other business owners benefit as I did. The result? I studied hard and earned my certification as an EC Coach.
