Hello, I'm Del.

I run a business in the Scottish wedding and events sector just like you. In fact, I started Hireaband.co.uk back in 1999, which means I’ve been around long enough to see it all—and to help shape the industry!

Like many of us, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of this business, and the challenges have been even more apparent since COVID reshaped customer behaviour. But rather than seeing this as a setback, I decided to embrace the opportunity to adapt and evolve.

After 26 years of growing a successful business, I realized that what had worked in the past wasn’t always as effective in today’s world.
But instead of letting that hold me back, I chose to learn something new to reignite my passion and get my business firing on all cylinders again.

That’s when I discovered The Entrepreneur’s Circle (EC), led by serial entrepreneur Nigel Botterill, someone who has actually run several successful businesses—no theory here, just practical knowledge and proven success strategies.
